• AOSA reserves all rights of admission and access to participants.

• Indranil Garai is a full-time working professional and therefore may need to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of rescheduling, participants will be given the option between a full refund or a seat in the next session, whenever postponed to.

• IGA or AOSA is not responsible for any network or internet problems on the participants' end, nor are they liable to any disturbances caused by the live session platform. No refund or rescheduling will be done for the same.

• Participants unable to join their scheduled session will not be given any refund or have their session rescheduled under any circumstances.

• All prices listed on the website are subject to change.

• AOSA retains the intellectual property rights, copyright and design right in all courses and other related materials offered by it, which may not be reproduced or copied in any form whatsoever notwithstanding the fact that they have become the property of the buyer in terms of sale, or otherwise.

• Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights shall remain the sole property of AOSA, we will strongly protect its rights in all circumstances.

• The buyer may not copy, modify, transmit, transfer, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part unless permitted by ASOA through a written consent. The buyer understands that any such violation is unlawful in many jurisdictions and that any contravention of law may result in criminal prosecution.

• Recording of the live sessions is not permitted and will not be distributed to the participants.

• AOSA may change their terms and conditions from time to time. The terms that apply to the buyer are those posted here on our website on the day the buyer applied for a course.

• The buyer agrees to indemnify AOSA against any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising in any way out of your use of our website, or the infringement by the buyer or by any other person using the buyer’s computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person.

• If any dispute arises out in connection with these terms or any contract between the buyer and AOSA, then the buyer agrees to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with AOSA  in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation only in PUNE city.
